Requirement and JD draft
A requirement enters as skills, seniority, location, duration and rate band. The platform drafts the job description from those fields, and the hiring manager edits it rather than writing it.
AI does the work, a named person reviews or signs off before it counts.
Sent to vendor portals
The requirement goes to the vendor partners entitled to see it, each through their own portal, instead of going out by mail.
Rule-based and automatic, logged in the audit trail.
Parse and match
Submitted resumes are parsed into structured profiles and scored on a weighted skill graph, with weights you set per role family. The manager sees a ranked shortlist with the reasoning visible.

Hiring decision
The final hiring decision stays with the hiring manager. The shortlist and its reasoning inform that decision; the platform does not make it.
A person makes this call. The system gives them the context.
Identity and compliance
Identity and compliance documents are collected through the portal, checked for presence and validity, and stored against the engagement. Any compliance exception is resolved by a person.
Rule-based and automatic, logged in the audit trail.
Timesheets to invoices
Consultants submit timesheets, the approving manager signs off each one, and approved timesheets become vendor invoices automatically under the billing model configured for that vendor.

Who it is for
Why staff augmentation teams outgrow email, attachments and spreadsheets
HireNXT runs the full contingent workforce lifecycle in one system: vendor partners, skill-graph matching, compliance, onboarding, timesheets, billing and delivery analytics. Dezigndia built it, and it is live at hirenxt.com with a production application at platform.hirenxt.com. It is built for IT services firms, system integrators and enterprise delivery teams managing external talent across several staffing partners, and your partner network is typically configured and live in 2–4 weeks.
HireNXT is our own product, not a client engagement. The design target for platforms of this type is external talent onboarding up to 50% faster, a projection of platform capability rather than a client result. The product story sets out the architecture and the decisions behind it.
-
Requirements go to vendors by email
Resumes come back as attachments, and there is no shared view of which role went to which partner.
-
Resumes are compared by eye
Shortlists depend on whoever reads the attachments that day, and the reasoning behind a choice is not kept.
-
Compliance documents are chased separately
Identity and compliance paperwork is followed up by someone else, away from the engagement it belongs to.
-
Timesheets sit in spreadsheets until they become invoice disputes
Hours, rates and billing models are reconciled by hand between the delivery team and each vendor.
-
Your tools serve procurement or hiring, not delivery
An ATS treats vendors as an afterthought and a VMS treats the candidate as a line item. The delivery team has to care about both.
The platform
What HireNXT gives you.
Modules in production, ready to configure
-
Weighted skill-graph matching
Candidates ranked on core and adjacent skills with weights you set per role family, and the reasoning shown.
-
AI job description drafts
Job descriptions drafted from the requirement fields, for the hiring manager to edit rather than write.
-
Resume intelligence
Vendor-submitted resumes parsed into structured profiles, so candidates are compared on the same fields.
-
Identity and compliance documents
Identity verification and compliance documents collected, checked for presence and validity, and stored.
-
Vendor and partner portals
Each vendor sees only the requirements it is entitled to and submits candidates through its own portal.
-
Timesheet approval
Timesheets routed to the approving manager, who signs off every one before it moves on.
-
Invoice automation
Approved timesheets turned into vendor invoices under each vendor's configured billing model.
-
Delivery analytics
Fulfillment time by role, vendor performance, and where requirements are stalling.
What is different about HireNXT
- 01
Built for the delivery team in the middle
Applicant tracking systems are built for permanent hiring and vendor management systems for procurement. HireNXT serves the team that answers for the vendor and the person who turns up on Monday.
- 02
Requirement to invoice in one chain
The timesheet references the engagement, the engagement references the requirement, and the invoice references the timesheet. There is nothing to reconcile across four systems.
- 03
A ranked shortlist with the reasoning visible
Matching runs on a weighted skill graph with weights you set per role family, so the manager sees why each candidate ranks where they do, not a black-box score.
- 04
People keep the decisions
The final hiring decision, every timesheet approval and every compliance exception stay with a person. The platform handles everything in between.

HireNXT: the AI staff augmentation platform we built
faster external talent onboarding
FAQ
HireNXT: common questions.
Is HireNXT a live product?
Yes. Dezigndia built HireNXT, it is live at hirenxt.com, and the production application runs at platform.hirenxt.com. It is our own product, not a client engagement, and we present it that way. The best evidence is the platform itself: in a demo we walk through a live requirement end to end, from the job description to the vendor invoice.
Are the HireNXT outcome figures client results?
No. HireNXT is our own platform, so there is no client outcome to report. The design targets for platforms of this type are external talent onboarding up to 50% faster, administrative effort down by around 41% and fulfillment efficiency improved by around 34%. These are projections of platform capability. We will publish usage figures when they come from real platform data, and not before.
Does AI make the hiring decision?
No. The platform drafts job descriptions for the manager to edit, parses resumes into structured profiles and ranks candidates on a weighted skill graph with the reasoning visible. The final hiring decision, the approval of every timesheet and the resolution of any compliance exception stay with a person. The weights are yours to set per role family.
What do we need to bring to configuration?
A list of the staffing partners you work with today, the approval rules for requirements, candidates and timesheets, and your billing model, whether rates are fixed per role or negotiated per engagement. Your partners also need to accept their logins and complete vendor onboarding, which usually takes longer than anything on our side.
What does HireNXT integrate with?
It integrates with Jira, GitHub and Confluence, and runs on React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and object storage. Integrations with your own systems are configured alongside your partner network, approval rules and billing model, so the requirement, engagement, timesheet and invoice reference each other rather than living in separate tools.
